Description
We offer natural coriander leaf hydrolate for pharmaceuticals, obtained from the plant Coriandrum Sativum L. The hydrolate bears the name Coriander Leaf Natural Hydrolat. Botanically, the species belongs to the Apiaceae family among herbaceous plants without a woody part. The broad lobing of the lower leaves gives way upward to narrow linear segments, which changes the appearance of the green mass and makes it finer and more dissected. The leaves make up the entire part used. In umbellifers, the secretory oil canals occupy the stems as well as the leaves, which links the aerial green mass to the volatile fraction of the finished liquid. The fields in Bulgaria are managed under natural cultivation. The natural regime also determines the composition, as no preservatives, colorants or other substances outside the plant source of the raw material enter the finished liquid. Steam distillation determines the aromatic picture of the distillate, which is why the volatile fraction remains clearly defined and free of foreign impurities in the finished product. Aliphatic aldehydes and alcohols carry the scent of the leaves, while the linalool profile remains part of the characteristics of the fruit. The aroma manifests itself with soft and even strength. The sweet and spicy directions intertwine on an herbal base, which determines the overall aromatic course. The coloring lies between colorless and faintly yellowish. The leaf origin explains precisely this light tone, which is not altered by external dyes. The product is a clear liquid with a constant appearance and even density. Distillation of the freshly cut green mass begins shortly after harvesting, which preserves the soft level of the scent and its herbal base. The leaf raw material keeps the coriander distillate in a soft sweet-spicy course with an herbal base.
